T. Joseph Seward
Senior Attorney & Former Managing Partner
Joe is a partner and founding member of Seward Henderson with over thirty years of experience. He specializes in municipal law, personal injury defense, and insurance defense.
David Daniel Burress

Mr. Burress is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan by the State Bar of Michigan and holds license number P77525. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Rupa Bandi
Junior Associate
Rupa is a junior attorney at Seward Henderson, bringing a unique perspective shaped by her background in oil and gas engineering, prior to pursuing a career in law. She has a strong foundation in litigation and was an active and passionate member of the Moot Court program at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Rupa also holds a law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in Canada and is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Ontario.

Adam is a junior attorney at Seward Henderson, bringing a strong foundation in litigation and courtroom motion practice. A 2024 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, he is known for meticulous research and detailed legal writing.
